Qualification requirements

 • Bachelor degree with a minimum of 1 year of process engineering related experience or a minimum of 5 years’ process engineering related experience
 • Excellent demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
 • Ability to quickly learn new software and systems
 • Must be capable and comfortable working within a diverse team environment
 • Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills
 • Must be able to function occasionally in non-ergonomic environments
 • Knowledge in the use of 3D CAD tools (CATIA V5)
 • Familiarity with tube fabrication (bend, flare, fittings, etc.)
 • Knowledge of aircraft structure and systems
 • Knowledge of flight test operations and certification requirements
 • Willing to travel domestically and internationally
 • Ability to prioritize and expedite aircraft modification
 • Help maintain and positive workplace
 • Ability to remain patient

Scope of responsibilities

 • Lead multiple initiatives with minimal supervision
 • Develop and optimize processes and procedures
 • Create, maintain and distribute work instruction documents to support part fabrication and installation
 • Work effectively with instrumentation technician and maintenance teams
 • Work and help maintain a safe work environment
 • Various initiatives as delegated by the leadership team
 • Support instrumentation change requests, test plans and process specifications activities
 • Identify potential technical issues and provide alternative solutions
 • Root cause analysis of reoccurring production issues
