• Lead the development and deployment of world-class, efficient engineering processes and tools that integrate seamlessly into the company business framework
• Define engineering process and tool development road map which includes short-term process adjustments and long-term process consolidation with optimized definitions
• Provide direction to a diverse team for product change management, configuration management, data release, process development, and product life-cycle management development and deployment
• Define and control team short- and long-term targets and objectives
• Support engineering in achieving program tier-1 milestones and TC certification schedules
• Lead and engage the company organization (engineering, program office, customer support, quality, and so on) to support process and tool improvements
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks for critical path activities
• Develop and meet budget and resource plans within schedules
• Develop employees; establish individual objectives and monitor achievement; provide coaching to improve knowledge and performance; special emphasis required with respect to local employee development

Qualification requirements: 
• 15-20 years in aerospace engineering, including 5-10 years of aerospace process and tools
• Previous leadership experience required
​• Configuration management, product change management, process and tool development and deployment
• ​Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required
