Job description: 
Aircraft software integration team coordinating and defining aircraft level integrated software functionality plans, identifying and mitigating technical risks. Includes safety of flight technical reviews at integrated level functionality, coordinating with related system software engineers, supporting aircraft flight test and rig test planning, integrating system design assurance plans into software development plans and black label configuration approval. Other duties related to software integration, such as supporting software problem resolution, and preparing documentation, working as a team member of the software integration team in FBW and the software design department.
Responsibilities: 
• Coordinate and define aircraft level integrated software functionality plans using broad knowledge of overall aircraft systems to proactively identify and mitigate technical risks
• Define engineering requirements and configuration for integrated software development milestones, including assessment of interdependencies and compatibilities among software and hardware
• Ensure integration of program software configurations
• Assess and review integrated level functionality to meet program mandates
• Assess and review compliance of DO178 and DO254 documentation to meet SOF and TC criteria
• Coordinate with related system software engineers to realize the above tasks
• Interface with testing organizations (flight test and rig test) and ensure software configuration freezes and requirement dates for software SOF clearance to support planned testing
• Integrate system design assurance plans into software development plans and black label configuration approval
• Assisting other software integration duties such as supporting software-related problem resolution by assessing integrated functionality impact of SOF, and creating associated documentation
