Job description: 
Quickly diagnose equipment processes and problems; manage and control multiple projects; improve and develop better processes; able to set up new equipment for mass production

Responsibilities: 
• Improve manufacturing processes
• Reduce machine downtime
• Improve part quality through material or process improvement
• Introduce new technology and innovation for new models
• Improve QI points
• Project leader from the planning stage to full implementation
• Work with cross-functional team to solve problems (Kaizen team)
• Focus: automation equipment
• Support BQ activity
• Identify and document process control points

Employment status: Direct Hire
Qualification requirements: 
• 5 years experience in technical discipline related to manufacturing, and/or B.S. in electrical or mechanical engineering
• 3 years industrial controls experience (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, etc.)
• Project management skills
• Familiar with reading various types of drawings (equipment controls, parts drawings)
• Solid understanding of OSHA safety standards
• Proficient with MS Office
